Last minute hotel reservations
Delegates who are unable to make last minute hotel reservations at Clarion Hotel under the “IPAI Group Rate” are encouraged to try online hotel reservation via www.hotels.com. Delegates may still secure hotel reservations at the Clarion Hotel online. The rooms reserved online may be in a different floor of the same hotel. In that way the delegates will be spared the inconvenience of staying in a different hotel. Also, delegates who reserved more rooms than they actually need are encouraged to relinquish or cancel the excess rooms now to enable other delegates take advantage of the group rate and reserve rooms as late as this week.

The IPAI Final Draft Constitution is released for members review. This latest draft constitution supersedes that circulated around December 2006. Members should take time to review the draft constitution as many times as possible, and prepare their comments with respect to amendments to the draft constitution.
The debate on the draft constitution is scheduled for September 1, 2007 (Saturday) during the 2nd Igbere Convention in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Following an expected lively debate, the draft constitution would be ratified and adopted by the general members present at the Town Hall Meeting.
