“Get Involved In Shaping The Future Of Legal Profession” – Ernest Ojukwu

Professor Ernest Ojukwu (SAN) calls on Legal Practitioners to get involved in shaping the future of the legal profession. In a letter to colleagues he wrote as follows:

Dear Colleague,

NBA President AB Mahmoud, SAN recently inaugurated the Legal Profession Regulation Review Committee chaired by Tony Idigbe, SAN and the subcommittees: the Present State of the Legal Profession chaired by Mrs Funke Adekoya, SAN, and the Future of the Legal Profession Chaired by Prof Ernest Ojukwu, SAN.

A call for submission of memos to the Committee has been advertised. Visit the NBA website to see the terms of reference. Even without seeing the terms of reference you can still make suggestions on any matter concerning the legal profession in Nigeria. Send your suggestions to aminugamawa@yahoo.co.uk or sarah.ajijola@nigerianbar.org.ng.

You can also send any suggestions or memorandum to ernestojukwu2@yahoo.com.

Please say something.

The FUTURE of the legal profession is in our hands.

Take part in shaping the FUTURE of the legal profession in Nigeria.

Yours truly,

Ernest Ojukwu (Teacher)
